Sr SSRS Developer
RxAdvance has an immediate need for a hands-on Sr SSRS Developer.
As a member of the Information Technology Team, the BI/SSRS Developer will be responsible for creating customized SSRS/Microsoft Power BI/Management Reporter reports for both ad hoc and production use.
Principle Duties &
Responsibilities:
Practical experience with SSRS, Microsoft Power BI.
Demonstrated experience of working on Oracle Databases is a must.
Develop close partnerships with the business to understand and determine reporting needs.
Utilize technical and business knowledge to create relevant and meaningful reports.
Review layout and formatting of reports to ensure end users have clarity when reviewing data points.
Develop SSRS reports and dashboards using MS reporting platforms, PL-SQL, Excel, pivot tables and other relevant tools.
Maintain reports developed in SSRS and implement changes as needed.
Provide technical support for all SSRS clients.
Function as the Subject Matter Expert regarding SSRS related matters.
Other BI Tools experience is a plus.
Follow through on enhancement to current data models and reporting.
Remain current on new industry standards through training, professional organizations and other means.
Support the business through other reporting systems as required.
Provide Applications support as assigned.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
Three years practical experience with SSRS.
Three Experience with Oracle 10+.
Two years' experience Power BI.
Knowledge of Dynamics AX 2012 R3 & Management Reporter.
Experience with Visual Studio is a plus.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize those tasks.
Must have the ability to remain detail-oriented while working in a fast pace environment.
Must be able to work well in teams.
Creativity and problem-solving skills are critical.
