Customer Service Representative - Pharmacy Technician

We're hiring Pharmacy Technician / Call Center Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our PBM call center operations in Southborough, MA. Our CSRs answer questions and solve problems. As a Pharmacy Technician / Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll: Work in our call center, wear a headset, and talk to customers who call you over the phone. Help customers with their accounts. Listen, understand, and take quick action. Provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment De-escalate calls while delivering difficult messages to customers in a way that creates a positive customer experience Maintain high performance metrics including average handle time, after call work, quality, adherence, as well as Customer satisfaction Be able to make the right decision while keeping the customer and company in mind Ability to work independently while doing what's best for our customers Involved with all aspects of customer service, including solving problems, answering questions and working with customers to ensure fantastic service When you join RxAdvance, we will: Show you a clear path and provide the tools you need to earn more responsibilities and promotions. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
