eCommerce Project Manager

This is a long-term contract position.
Description:
Project Manager II (senior level), responsible for driving key projects to successful completion. Experience with agile project methodology is a necessity for this role. Retail Industry experience, is also requirement.
Role Requirements:
o Manage, control, and drive forward e-Commerce projects.
o Establish priorities and coordinate the activities of assigned project staff
o Act as consultant to the technical staff, executive sponsor, and users in order to provide an understanding of the inter-relationship between business requirements and systems designs.
o Drive the delivery of project requirements that meet the business need with a hands-on style.
o Think cross-functionally to align with all other in-flight e-Commerce projects
o Participate in application design sessions.
o Participate in the evaluation, selection and implementation of vendor packaged solutions
o Ensure best-practice agile project management methods are utilized consistently
o Always maintain transparent project communication through project metrics. Develop contemporary mechanisms to track IT Project Management key metrics and performance measures, driving the ability to use performance measurements to track and improve the project's productivity, effectiveness and customer service levels.
Skills Required:
o Communication excellence
o Ability to facilitate working sessions to determent project scope
o Agile method project scheduling, including use of stories and the ability to track them through completion by daily team collaboration
o Maintain project cost control by forecasting resources, software, and hardware investment for each project
o Issue and Risk Management and Change Management
o Experience working on projects that involved Mobile Applications.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
