Responsibilities:

All phases of field work including Boundary and Topographic Surveys, Construction Layout, As-Built/Record Surveys utilizing Leica or Trimble Total Stations with Data Collectors.

Data collector operation and obtaining field measurements

Downloading of field data files

Preparation of field sketches

Care, preventative maintenance and repair of survey field equipment

Obtain certifications including OSHA 10, OSHA 40 Hazwoper, LPS, TWIC, etc.

Use of MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet browsers.

Adherence to company procedures and checklists

Expectation of advancement

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma

Competent math skills including knowledge of basic geometry

Willingness to work in inclement weather

Desire to learn and improve

Computer and smart phone familiarity

Attention to detail

Ability to perform strenuous tasks

Valid driver's license

Willingness to work overtime, weekend and nighttime work a possibility.

Availability for travel, occasional overnight to weeklong road trips away from the office


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
