WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Combine both product strategy and product management skills to help drive growth
Serve as a strategic product thinker with a passion for the latest technology innovations
Work in an agile development environment to launch new products and major product innovations Strategize with other senior leaders such as the Vice President, Global Products and CTO, to drive and implement product roadmap
Deliver our newest product innovation from concept to release across
Recommend pricing strategy, understand competitive positioning for our product offering and drive the product release with the development organization and contribute to product marketing messaging.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Strong product management experience with enterprise cloud based SaaS products
Some knowledge or experience with Human Capital Management and/or employee recognition solutions and software a huge plus
Must be innovative and have experience taking a product from idea through fruition; we do NOT want someone that has just maintained and/or enhanced existing products
Experience with international software services a plus
Experience in a client facing environment, ability to work with top clients to promote new product innovations
Must be able to travel 15% of the time, both domestically and internationally
