Job Duties: Own a subset of complex software applications and be responsible for all aspects of the software application development life cycle including maintaining the architecture and adding, maintaining, and extending the package applications components. Analyze, design, develop, and test Enterprise applications to fulfill the business IT needs in the Customer Services space. Review and approve technical code, designs, and unit test plans for associate application developers. Author technical designs that define how a function will be technically enabled. Perform test designs and unit test plans designed by other developers. Provide production support to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, develop and test fixes, and migrating solutions.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related field such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable. In addition to Bachelors degree, this position requires at least 4 years of post-degree experience performing all of the following: implementing and supporting Oracle CRM Modules including Oracle Inventory, Oracle Field Services, Oracle Install Base, Oracle Service Contracts, and Oracle Mobile Field Service; implementing third party Enterprise Mobile Applications to support Customer Service functionality of planning and analyzing; dispatching third party field resource service providers to set up infrastructure, deploy code, test, and provide functional support; designing and developing software with advanced PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, and Basic Java; developing software within complex environments including Toad, SQL Developer, Oracle Form Builder, Oracle Reporting using BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Application Framework, and Oracle development in EBS environment; migrating code using Harvest and Visual Source Safe; and developing technical documentation, test scripts, and assisting in testing.
