DUTIES: Plan and direct analysis of complex business problems to be solved with sophisticated automated systems. Develop, write, and edit computer-related technical and business documentation. Provide business systems analysis and support for a multitude of applications used by Business Units and Administrative functions across the company. Responsible for managing end-user client relationships while responding to both critical and routine application support requests as well as interfacing with software vendors and consultants for development and support. May be assigned to projects that utilize software unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing of developed application as well as writing test plans in salesforce.com and oracle applications; making customizations to Salesforce.com to support various business requirements; setup approval steps, workflows, reports, dashboards, reports, profiles and create users in Salesforce.com; writing SOQL and SOSL queries against objects in Salesforce.com; customer/partner portals and communities in Salesforce; data loader/informatica experience to import/export fields from/to Salesforce and other dependent applications and creating change sets/packages and deploy the customizations in various instances of Salesforce.com. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Comp. Sci., Engin(any), Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field. 24 months experience in job offered or computer-related occupation or student (R/A, T/A, Project). Education or experience must include: 1) Salesforce.com (creating approval processes, creating workflow, creating users, creating roles and profiles), 2) Data Migration into Salesforce CRM systems, 3) Data Loader Salesforce experience to migrate data from Salesforce into GDW, 4) Exporting data from Salesforce.com into GDW and BAaaS for reporting, 5) Setting up a Business Data Lake, 6) CRM systems migration and support, 7) Date modeling and use of case modeling, and 8) Salesforce Knowledge. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
