Southborough, MA - The Sr. Product Manager, Endourology & CDS will manage the day-to-day activities to support a portfolio of Olympus Endourology products. The products will include the following: Digital and Fiber Optic (F.O.) Flexible Ureteroscopes, Semi-Rigid Ureteroscopes, Rigid Nephroscopes, Digital and F.O Flexible Cystoscopes and Endourology Accessories. In addition, the incumbent will manage the CDS (Cleaning, Disinfection, Sterilization) initiatives for our current portfolio of products and drive the future development of our sterilization product offering. The incumbent's responsibilities will range from introduction of new products to the US market as well as managing the day to day marketing and support of existing products. EOE M/F/D/V
Interface with cross-functional project teams, physicians and sales personnel to provide guidance necessary to develop world class products that meet customers' needs.
Monitor sales trends and update forecasts as necessary to meet demand.
Monitor market trends including competition, procedural/market growth, reimbursement, and emerging technologies.
Create marketing collateral and tools to support the selling process.
Develop relationships and work closely with health care professionals in clinical situations to understand and promote benefits of Olympus products.
Perform field work with sales, sales management, and clinical team.
Work hand in hand with other companies in the industry that complement Olympus' products to promote products (i.e. Sterilizer, Pharmaceutical or Flouroscopy companies).
Create and implement the tactics that support the marketing strategies to include pricing, positioning, programs and promotions that are in line with the strategic business plan.
Maintain your expertise as the product and clinical specialist by attending procedures, courses, tradeshows, and staying abreast of industry changes and advancements.
Create training presentations, tools and conduct training for sales at training sessions, national sales meeting, tradeshows, customers, etc.
Facilitate the design and implementation of clinical studies and white papers that supports the overall imaging initiatives.
Perform all other essential duties as directed.

BA/BS in Marketing or related field (Masters or MBA strongly preferred) plus a minimum of 6 years of experience providing overall leadership in the market as well as evaluting a given market and assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and developing and implementing strategies is required; or a Master's/MBA plus a minimum of 4 years of the aforementioned experience is required; or a BA/BS in Marketing or a related field (Masters or MBA strongly preferred) plus a minimum of 4 years Olympus experience of combined sales/marketing is required; or a Master's/MBA plus a minimum of 3 years of aforementioned Olympus experience is required.
Experience in successfully launching new products and full product life cycle is preferred.
Ability to project a professional image and strong leadership skills is essential.
Must be able to demonstrate strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Must be a self motivated, confident individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Results oriented individual with track record of meeting established goals and expanding market share is essential.
Must have the ability to strategically plan and tactically implement.
Strong interfunctional management experiece is necessary.
Must have the ability to lead project teams.
