The Product Manager will support a portfolio of products that includes OR & Office video systems and accessories.
Responsibilities:
Interface with cross-functional project teams, physicians, and sales personnel to provide guidance necessary to develop world class products that meet customers' needs.
Monitor sales trends and update forecasts as necessary to meet demand.
Monitor market trends including competition, procedural/market growth, reimbursement, and emerging technologies.
Create marketing collateral and tools to support the selling process.
Develop relationships and work closely with health care professionals in clinical situations
Responsible for field work with sales, sales management, and clinical team.
Create and implement the tactics that support the marketing strategies to include pricing, positioning, programs and promotions that are in line with the strategic business plan
Create training presentations, tools, and conduct training for sales at training sessions, national sales meeting, tradeshows, customers, etc.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, MBA Preferred
5 years of experience providing overall leadership managing products primarily associated with downstream marketing
Experience with video or related technical equipment is strongly preferred
Must be self motivated, confident individual with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Must be results oriented individual with track record of meeting established goals and expanding market share.
Strong interfunctional management skills are essential.
Must have the ability to lead project teams.
The ability to travel 25-40% domestically and occasionally internationally is required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
