Southborough, MA - The Graphic Designer II will be responsible for assisting in the production of a variety of creative assets in multiple media that support sales, marketing, education and training, tradeshow and corporate initiatives in alignment with their strategic plans. The incumbent will work closely with the graphic design team. EOE M/F/D/V
Assist in the creation of graphic design and typography for a broad variety of marketing collateral both traditional print and electronic in support of sales, marketing and sales and professional training objectives.
Assist in the development of multimedia graphic design including digital and video production projects utilizing state-or-the-art, expert level working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Mac hardware.
Execute video shoots, edit raw footage including audio tracks, and create advanced HD video presentations with special effects in Adobe Premier.
Monitor website administrative tools and content management systems to provide support for corporate websites, mobile platforms and intranet sites.
Create graphic design and typography for a broad variety of marketing collateral both traditional print and electronic in support of sales, marketing and sales and professional training objectives.
Support tradeshows and events by assisting with all creative assets in both traditional large format and digital media, and supporting the on time production of high-quality deliverables.
Implement and support corporate brand standards across all levels of marketing collateral.
Track, report and analyze all Marcom and Advertising tactics in order to ascertain ROI and/or performance.
Edit and proofread copy.
Interact with various levels of product and sales management to accurately communicate expectations, and ensure timely delivery within budget of all projects.
Interact as necessary with 3rd party vendors to evaluate quotes, control quality, reduce costs and develop efficiencies of scale.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)
An Undergraduate degree in Graphic Designer with emphasis on Multi-Media Production is required; equivalent knowledge and experience would be considered.
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Graphic Designer with emphasis on Multimedia Design.
Demonstrated history of continuing design software education to stay current is required.
Medical Device background is preferred.
Knowledge of website content management systems is preferred.
Must have presentation skills for both small and large groups.
Must have strong command of the English language to proofread and write as needed.
Must have mathematical skills and ability to analysis of spreadsheets and reports.
Knowledge and proficient use of PC Platform with MS PowerPoint and Office Suite is required.
Mac knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software is necessary.
Must have familiarity with advertising, production processes and media analysis, as well as photography, graphics, print production.
Must have proven ability to communicate and collaborate with vendors tactfully.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
