DUTIES: Responsible for driving sustainable, long-term business change by working closely with cross-functional business leaders to align processes, technology and resources with the strategic direction and growth drivers for the company. Create and manage end-to-end Process Models for key functional and cross-functional processes. Partner with business leaders to stay abreast of strategic imperatives and planned business model evolution. Identify critical change opportunities using best practice consulting tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma, consulting frameworks, etc.). Develop business cases and detailed business requirements for prioritized projects including high-level process analysis, identification of key gaps, approach options, estimates and projected ROI. Measure ongoing KPIs, adoption metrics, and Return on Investment; identify root cause in cases where projected business case benefits are not achieved. Participate in industry discussions and events to learn and share understandings and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Comp. Sci., Engin,(any), Business, Math, Physics, or related technical field. 24 months experience in job offered or computer-related occupation.
Experience must include: 1) MDM Models, 2) SAP, 3) Informatica Data Director, 4) User Acceptance Testing, 5) SAP LS MW, 6) ABAP, 7) Designing an As-Is process flow for the order to cash business process in an SAP SD module, and 8) Performing GAP Analysis based on the As-Is process flow and the To-Be process flow. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
