Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is searching for an energetic Physical Therapy Assistant to join our amazing TEAM of clinicians that can:
Significantly improve overall quality of life of the clients we service. Maintain a consistent, on-going patient case load, unlike traditional insurance-based homecare therapy models. This is a consistent per diem opportunity for a Physical Therapy Assistant to perform treatments in residential settings in Southborough and the surrounding area.In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the lives of patients by providing Physical therapy services in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. You will also be a part of a team of professionals working together to meet the needs of patients and their families. Clinicians are responsible for:
Providing physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes Monitoring patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Educating patients and families on how to perform exercises and activities Maintaining patient records and document treatments Base rate:
Up to $40/visit Mileage reimbursement:
.62/mile Requirements:
Home healthcare experience is recommended, but not required. Candidates must have MA Physical Therapy Assistant license Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
