o Manage large amounts of incoming callso Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customerso Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutiono Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentso Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social mediao Answer questions about warranties or terms of saleo Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being deliveredo Close out or open call recordso Compile reports on overall customer satisfactiono Resolve customer complaints via phoneo Assist with process orders and timely ship product and spare parts to customer.o Maintain accurate information in the online portal for the productso Assist with RMA and have replacement shipped to customer.o Handle inquiries about deliverieso Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Recommended Skills Customer Satisfaction Customer Service Social Media Sales Apply to this job.
