They are actively seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their North America operations.
In this role, you'll join the Operations team based in Southborough, and be responsible for various duties supporting the planning, purchasing, shipping and receiving teams within the operations organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Assist with inventory management, production planning, product availability, track performance to key metrics, and support other tasks as needed.
Organize and track inventory levels to ensure production floor and field service operations do not run out of stock on any critical components or modules across all product types, for both US and UK operations.
Create reports to ensure proper planning parameters for Intercompany deployment of stock, finished goods, hardware and various other components.
Special projects across operations, production, supply chain, warehousing.
Inventory Transactions Inventory Accuracy Excess and Obsolete Management Production Planning Master Data Management Act as Liaison for Product Availability with Customer Service Teams Reporting and Analysis ERP System Optimization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field Prior internship, co-op experience within Supply Chain related fields of study nice to have.
General understanding of supply chain, production, inventory management concepts Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications).
Experience working with Excel to manipulate large and complex data sets.
SQL nice to have.
Ability to create insightful executive presentations Proactive communicator with ability to influence others Strong team player who remains positive and flexible amidst changing priorities Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States Salary Range is $55,000-$65,000 with a 15% bonus.
Position is additionally eligible for OT.
