The ideal candidate will be energetic and able to meet three important deadlines within a day while accurately storing, shipping, and receiving products to meet company standards of safety, security, inventory accuracy, and productivity.

DOEKey Responsibilities of a Wave PlannerThe Wave Planner, reporting to the Senior Wave Planner/Sr Ops/Operations Manager, is responsible for releasing work to the floor and tracking the progress of waves to meet business needs.
Assist in developing, analyzing, modifying and executing the Wave Plan to predetermine ship schedules are met for all customers while maintaining a level workload of activity across all shifts.
Assist with the management of pick tickets by printing and issuing to specified departments.
Continually evaluate effectiveness of systems and recommend changes where appropriate.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications of a Wave PlannerHigh school diploma or GED required.
Ability to apply and utilize analytical tools to determine decisions based on customer expectations.
Proficient in all Microsoft business applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordBasic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Experience must demonstrate the ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
