Summary:
The Managing Consultant will provide consulting services on all aspects of Health & Welfare Benefits for our clients.
This position serves as a key point of contact for our clients.
Essential Duties and Functions:
Lead large market clients Independently manages and executes projects Perform actuarial functions aligned to active credentials Understands, updates, and creates financial models Actively leads and participates in project team Acts as technical resources mentor for Consultants Develop relationships across client organizations and vendor markets Such other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Required:
Minimum of 10 years of employee benefits consulting Strong analytical and financial analysis skills Proficient with MS Office Suite Exceptional telephone demeanor Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Preferred:
Underwriting training/experience strongly preferred.
