Implement process improvements and train team members.Job Function Prepare rapid prototyping samples for testing Lead weekly team meetings for safety, production commitments, new products, and machine maintenance. Daily interactions and weekly meetings with production control. Direct engineers on fixture design and process improvements. Weekly reporting on overtime use and upcoming need. Monthly reports on output, cycle time, yield, inputs, etc. Team building and performance evaluations. Coaching all team members. Capital equipment budget with justification.
