Personal Lines Associate Account Manger

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming callsProcess and assist with incoming agency mail.
Perform administrative duties as needed including filing, copying, and fed ex mailings as needed.
Learn and assist with MA registry forms and processes.
Partner with PL Account Managers to service existing customers as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Manage customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
Work thru and monitor a daily task list.
Effectively and accurately document all correspondence in our Client Management System.
Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing environment open to continuous improvement and training.
Qualifications:
High school or bachelor's degreeExcellent interpersonal/communication skillsPunctual, Reliable and OrganizedDetail oriented & organized with documents, procedures, and work environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office productsAbility to multi-task and take direction.
Excellent verbal and writing skills.
Ability to work with team members or independently
