, a mid-sized law firm in MetroWest is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Receptionist/Billing Coordinator to add to our support team.
This position may be for you if you are a positive, well-organized, self-motivated individual with a passion for providing outstanding service and support.
The successful candidate will have at least two years of professional office experience, be familiar with all aspects of basic bookkeeping and accounting principle, be an excellent communicator with a positive, team focused attitude, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Recording and editing attorney time for invoice preparation - Entering data and maintaining accurate accounting records - Processing accounts payable - Managing copier service repairs and stocking machines - Entering copy counts and postage into legal billing software - Preparing and distributing weekly case list - Opening new cases - Ordering and stocking supplies for the firm - Maintaining the telephone system and answering phone calls - Filing accounting documents Candidate must be detail-oriented and produce work in an accurate and timely manner.
The right candidate must be responsible, outgoing, friendly, reliable, flexible and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
