Currently overseeing 9 retail centers, 9 office buildings, 4 industrial developments, and many single-family residential homes and condo developments.
We are looking for an accounts payable/data entry position to join our team as an immediate fill.
Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a Data Entry/Accounts Payable Specialist with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Must be competent in Word, Excel and Quickbooks.
This position offers room for growth and advancement for the ideal candidate.
Skills:
Organized and detail oriented.
Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Quickbooks preferred.
Strong computer skills and accurate typing skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to accurately perform repetitive tasks.
Pay range based on candidate experience Job Type:
